Terms of Service

AIDular lets you schedule AI-powered research jobs that gather information from the web and email you the results. The Service is currently free to use (see "Pricing and future changes" below).

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.

After your free runs, you must add your own Claude (Anthropic) API key. You are solely responsible for your Anthropic account, its usage, and any charges Anthropic bills you. We do not charge you and are not responsible for Anthropic's fees or billing.

• Don't use the Service for anything illegal or harmful, or to infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or others' data.
• Don't use it to send spam or to email people who haven't agreed to receive your reports.
• Don't use it to scrape or collect data in violation of any site's terms or the law.

Reports are generated by AI from web sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify important information. The Service does not provide professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

We provide a limited number of free runs using a shared key so you can try the Service. This is a courtesy and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

The Service is free today. As it grows, we may introduce paid plans or charges for additional or higher-volume usage, or to help cover hosting, domain, and other infrastructure costs — particularly as the number of users increases. If we introduce any charges, we will give you advance notice and you can choose whether to continue using the Service. Any fees would apply only going forward, never retroactively. Your own Anthropic (Claude) API usage is always billed separately by Anthropic.

Lite is free. Gold runs on our shared AI key with an included token allowance per report. AI providers may change their pricing at any time. If the cost of AI tokens increases, we may reduce the token allowance included in the Gold plan — meaning the depth or length of each report may decrease — so we can keep the plan affordable at its current price. You will always have options: you can purchase additional tokens online, or move to the Elite plan and use your own Claude (Anthropic) API key, in which case you pay Anthropic directly and aren't limited by our allowance. We'll notify you by email about any material change to token costs or allowances before it takes effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated reports or any third-party (e.g. Anthropic) charges.

We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
