Terms of Service

By ticking the "I agree" box at sign-up, creating an account, signing in, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

AIDular lets you schedule AI-powered research tasks. You describe, in your own words, what you want tracked; the Service searches publicly available web sources and emails you an automatically generated summary report on the schedule you choose. The Service is a convenience and information tool only.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. New email and password accounts must verify their email address before they are activated. Notify us promptly at support@aidular.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

This is important, please read it.

• Reports and other outputs are produced by artificial intelligence in response to the prompts you enter, using third-party AI models and publicly available web sources. We do not write, review, or independently verify them.
• AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or missing entirely, and sources may be inaccurate or unavailable. You must independently verify anything important before relying on it.
• The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind, including financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, immigration, medical, or career advice. Nothing it produces is a recommendation to take or avoid any action.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, interpret, and act on any output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any error, omission, inaccuracy, delay, missing data, or for any decision, loss, or damage resulting from your use of, or reliance on, any output.

You are responsible for the prompts, instructions, recipient email addresses, and any other content you submit, and for ensuring you have the right to use them. You must not submit other people's personal or confidential information unlawfully, or any content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights. You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, sending it to our AI and email providers to produce and deliver your reports).

• Do not use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights.
• Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or others' data.
• Do not send spam, or email reports to people who have not agreed to receive them.
• Do not use the Service to collect or scrape data in violation of any website's terms or applicable law.
• Do not use the Service to build a competing product, or to generate unlawful, hateful, or harmful content.

Any names, people, profiles, photos, quotes, stories, testimonials, sample reports, and statistics shown on our website, blog, emails, or marketing are illustrative examples created to demonstrate how the product can be used. Unless we clearly state otherwise, they are not real customers, not real events, and not a promise or guarantee of any particular result.

• Free and paid plans. The Lite plan is free. Paid plans add capacity and features. Prices are shown at checkout (for example, Gold at US$15.99 per year).
• Recurring billing. Where a plan is sold as a subscription, it renews automatically each term until you cancel, and you authorize us, through our payment processor (Razorpay), to charge your payment method at each renewal. Your card details are handled by the processor; we do not store them.
• Notices. You receive a receipt or notification around each renewal, including any pre-debit notice required for recurring charges.
• Cancellation. Cancel anytime from Billing, or by emailing support@aidular.com. You keep paid access until the end of the current paid term; no further charges are made.
• Refunds. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Paid plans run on our shared AI key with an included token allowance per report. AI providers may change their pricing at any time. If the cost of AI tokens rises, we may reduce the allowance included in a plan (so the depth or length of reports may decrease) to keep the price stable, or adjust pricing for the future with notice. You can always buy additional capacity or use your own Claude (Anthropic) API key on the Elite plan, in which case Anthropic bills you directly. We will email you about any material change before it takes effect.

The Service relies on third parties, including Anthropic (Claude AI), Google (sign-in and analytics), Resend (email delivery), and Razorpay (payments), and it gathers information from third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their terms, or the accuracy, legality, or content of any website the Service links to or summarizes. Your use of those third parties is governed by their own terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to AI Gaur and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the prompts and content you submit. AI output is provided to you for your own use, subject to these Terms and the underlying AI provider's terms.

The Service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be available, secure, timely, or that any report or data will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Gaur and its owners and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or for any decisions or actions taken based on output, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US$50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Gaur and its owners and operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content or prompts, your reliance on output, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, to the extent permitted by applicable law in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
