Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid AIDular plans. The free Lite plan never charges you.
Billing
The Gold plan is an annual subscription. International customers are billed US$9.99 per year, charged securely through our payment processor (Razorpay). Applicable taxes, if any, are added at checkout.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each one-year term so your service isn't interrupted. Before each renewal you receive a notification/receipt by email. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time (see below).
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime from Billing → Cancel auto-renew in your account, or by emailing us at support@aidular.com. When you cancel, you keep Gold until the end of your current paid period, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
- If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of a charge for a full refund.
- After 7 days, the fee for the current term is non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future charges and keep access until the term ends.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will let you know. If it can't be collected, your account moves back to the free Lite plan and your data stays safe.
