Privacy Policy

• Account info: your name, email address, and (with Google sign-in) profile picture; or, for email sign-up, your name, email, and a securely hashed password. We also record when you accept these terms and when you verify your email.
• Your prompts and schedules: the schedule names, prompts/instructions, sample output, timezone, and recipient email addresses you enter.
• Report and run history: the reports generated, status, timing, token usage, and estimated cost of each run.
• Your Claude API key (only if you choose to add one), stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to run your tasks.
• Billing data: if you buy a paid plan, our payment processor (Razorpay) handles your card/payment details; we store only your subscription identifier and status, not card numbers.
• Usage and attribution: sign-in activity (first/last login, count) and, where available, the source that referred you (for example, a UTM tag or referring site) so we understand how people find us.
• Analytics: aggregate usage data via Google Analytics (see Cookies below).
• Technical data: limited request data such as IP address, used for security and rate-limiting.

We use your data only to provide and improve the Service: to run your scheduled tasks, generate and email reports to the recipients you choose, show your history and cost, verify accounts, process payments, understand how the Service is used, secure the app, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your prompts or reports for advertising.

To generate a report, your prompt and the live web data gathered for it are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic). Please do not enter sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, health details, or passwords) into prompts. AI output may be inaccurate; see our Terms for the full disclaimer.

• Anthropic (Claude AI): processes your prompts and gathered web data to generate report content.
• Resend: delivers your report and account emails.
• Google: Google sign-in (if you choose it) and Google Analytics (usage measurement).
• Razorpay: processes payments for paid plans.
• Our hosting/server: the app and its PostgreSQL database run on our own server.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use a secure, HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie to remember where a visit came from (attribution). We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure aggregate, anonymized usage (such as page views and traffic sources) so we can improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the Service may not work without the sign-in cookie.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Any stored Claude API key is encrypted at rest, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Access is restricted to authenticated users, each user can only access their own data, and the database is not exposed to the public internet. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your account, schedules, and history while your account is active. Run history older than 10 days is hidden in the app. You can delete any schedule at any time, remove your API key in Settings, or request full account deletion (see Contact), after which we delete or anonymize your personal data except where we must keep records by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email us at support@aidular.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We operate from the United States, and your data is processed there and by our providers in their locations. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
