Privacy Policy

• Account info — your name, email address, and profile picture from Google (if you sign in with Google), or your name, email, and a securely hashed password (if you sign up with email).
• Your Claude API key — stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to run your jobs.
• Your schedules — the names, prompts, sample output, timezone, and recipient email addresses you enter.
• Run history — the reports generated, status, timing, token usage, and estimated cost of each run.
• Sign-in activity — first/last login time and login count.
• Technical data — limited request data such as IP address, used for security and rate-limiting.

We use your data only to provide the service: to run your scheduled jobs, generate and email reports to the recipients you choose, show your history and cost, secure the app, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes your prompts to generate report content. Your prompts and the live web data gathered are sent to Anthropic to produce the report.
• Resend — delivers your report emails.
• Google — used only if you choose Google sign-in.
• Our hosting/server — the app and its PostgreSQL database run on our own server.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your Claude API key is encrypted at rest. The application is restricted to authenticated users, each user can only access their own data, and the database is not exposed to the public internet.

We keep your account and schedules until you delete them or your account. Run history older than 10 days is hidden in the app. You can delete any schedule at any time, remove your API key in Settings, or request full account deletion (see Contact).

We use a single secure, HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

The service is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age.
